and Supply Chain to drive performanceContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of best practicesBring structure and analytical rigour to key procurement and transformation projectsLead strategic initiatives focused on value creation, process efficiency and productivity gains across ProcurementPromote a data-driven culture across Supply Chain by sharing best practices, developing analytical capabilities and supporting teams in the effective use of data, BI, automation and AI tools.Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes, reducing manual activities and improving the speed, reliability and quality of decision-making.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related fieldExperience in procurement, analytics, sourcing, or a similar data-driven roleStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insightsComfortable working in a global, matrix organisation and influencing stakeholdersExperience with data tools, reporting, and structured problem-solving approachesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProactive, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering measurable resultsFlex That Works at ARBEXWe believe great work happens when people come together with purpose.
