In this role, you will lead and implement the DiB (Cost, Service and Sustainability) programme within RC EKA, contributing to a major European supply chain transformation. You will work with cross-functional teams across Europe to deploy new capabilities, standardize processes, and strengthen the data-driven foundation. You will influence senior stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and ensure QMS standards and KPI targets are met.

This is a high-responsibility, pan-European position with a focus on delivering measurable supply chain improvements.

- Lead ongoing review of EKA DiB initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement
- Steer the EKA Supply Chain team along the continuous improvement roadmap
- Manage projects to develop and launch new supply chain capabilities
- Drive deployment of standard processes and digital tools with global/local stakeholders
- Coordinate CI programs across factory-to-customer activities (planning, logistics, order to cash, customer service)
- Initiate and support local DiB for LCC/OH/Cash/Service initiatives
- Lead EKA's CI roadmaps with customers, run SC steerco meetings and track progress
- Oversee QMS processes for RC EKA and provide functional leadership




- Ensure core processes have proper segregation of duties and compliance with Mars QMS
- Deliver annual DiB KPIs (5% logistics costs, 10% sustainability reductions YoY)
- Support tender, tax, and procurement initiatives across SC providers and suppliers
- Contribute to strategic review and changes to RC EKA RTM
- Represent RC EKA SC in EU platforms and forums
- Develop standard operating procedures and training materials for implementation
- Evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements and update processes accordingly
- Build relationships with stakeholders to align process improvement activities
- Stay updated on industry developments and bring external perspectives to RC EKA

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor in Industrial Engineering and/or Manufacturing
- 3-5 years xugodme in manufacturing and/or CI/Lean/IE
- Process development/deployment and project management experience
- Nice to have 2+ years in supply planning, demand planning, or logistics operations
- End-to-end supply chain or logistics experience in general/European business (5+ years)
- Proven project management experience in supply chain/logistics/planning
- Strong influencing skills with senior management
- Strong collaboration skills in a matrix organization
- High level of Excel, PowerBI, data analysis, and AI experience (preferred)
