? What we’d like you to do
- Support job posting and distribution across different platforms.
- CV screening and first candidate filtering.
- Interview coordination with hiring managers and candidates.
- Process tracking and ATS/database updates.
- Support employer branding initiatives and university partnerships.
- Assist with the logistics of internal training (scheduling, materials, attendance tracking).
- Support the management of training programs (academies, onboarding, development plans).
- Monitor training evaluations and analyze feedback.
- Help maintain and update training content and documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, coordination, welcome process).
- Maintain employee records and update HR systems.
- Assist with basic employee administration (holidays, absences, etc.).
- Help with HR reporting and people metrics tracking.
- Support culture, engagement, and internal communication initiatives.
- Assist in HR projects (performance reviews, engagement surveys, internal events).
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR team.
? What we’d like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently studying) in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field of interest.
- Fluent Spanish and English (both required) — you’ll work in an international environment.
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive and collaborative mindset.
