In this Engineering Manager role, you drive team capability development and empower engineers to shape their career paths. You’ll lead the delivery of ERP-focused solutions within the ASPIRE program, removing impediments and aligning work with product roadmaps. You’ll balance performance, sustainability, and collaboration across functions to deliver high-quality software and services.
This role offers the impact of shaping a centralized SAP-based core that supports patient access to healthcare and sustainable operations.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Develop team capabilities aligned with project goals and vision
- Remove roadblocks and set clear performance objectives
- Lead and support end-to-end delivery of features per the product roadmap
- Manage stakeholders and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies
- Co-create the Product/Service Roadmap from a technical perspective with Product Manager
- Ensure healthy team dynamics, psychological safety, and sustainable pace
- Establish architectural governance and alignment across programs, especially ASPIRE
- Drive process improvements and efficiency across teams and functions
Responsabilidades
- 5+ years in people leadership, product/service management, or similar
- 2+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry
- Bachelor or advanced degree xugodme
- Understanding of software development and/or service delivery methodologies
- Understanding of solution, information and process architecture
- Ability to define clear outcomes and maintain delivery focus
- Executive presence with business acumen and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Proven experience leading high-performing cross-functional teams
- Experience with ERP architecture and governance (ASPIRE program)
