The focus is on designing efficient Oracle database structures, developing PL/SQL functionality and supporting business processes within the insurance environment.The developer works closely with Product Owners, business analysts and other IT teams to translate functional requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions within TIA.**Core responsibilities*** Developing and maintaining **Oracle database components** within TIA* Writing and optimizing **PL/SQL code** (packages, procedures, triggers)* Analyzing and solving performance issues within databases* Support with **data migrations** (e.g. legacy → TIA)* Designing **data models** to match insurance products (policy, non-life, premium)* Performing **impact analyses** in the event of changes in data or processes* Collaborate with DevOps teams in CI/CD pipelines* Supporting test processes (unit, SIT, UAT)* Monitoring **data quality and integrity****Required skills****Technical*** Strong knowledge of **Oracle Database*** Extensive experience with **PL/SQL*** Knowledge of **SQL tuning & performance optimization*** Experience with **data integrations** (e.g. via APIs, ETL processes)* Familiarity with **version control** (Git,
