Our goal is to contribute to a more sustainable world of real estate.For our CIO/COO business area based in Madrid, we are currently seeking to hire, with immediate effect, aJunior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer (m/f/d)Your tasksRPA Development & Lifecycle: End-to-end responsibility for the entire lifecycle of UiPath robots- from evaluation, design, and audit-compliant documentation through testing, go-live, and productionOperation, Optimization & Troubleshooting: Continuous operational support for all active robots in the system, structured incident management (troubleshooting bot crashes) and implementing necessary optimizationsInterface Support (AOIT & AOB): Technical support for the Application Owner IT in packaging software components and technical updates, and providing go-live support as well as providing subject-matter expertise to the Business Application Owner in assessing new requirements, continuously monitoring bots, and adapting to system changesConsulting & Potential Analysis: Systematic analysis of automation potential in the bank’s business processes, as well as advising business units on customized solution scenariosKnowledge Transfer & Innovation: Designing and conducting RPA training for colleagues as well as researching new technologies for integration into the RPA landscapeHow to convince usSolid Education: Successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration/Economics with a strong IT focus,
or a comparable qualification with relevant IT work experienceField-proven RPA expertise: You possess in-depth, field-proven development skills in the UiPath platform and are familiar with the lifecycle of software robotsStrong programming skills & .NET Framework: You have solid experience in software development, ideally in the .NET environment (C# or VB.NET), enabling you to independently implement complex automation scenarios, custom activities, or data manipulation tasksAnalytical & process-oriented thinking: A strong ability to analyze complex business processes, a high level of conceptual understanding, and a structured and solution-oriented approach to workStrong communication skills & drive to shape the future: You enjoy acting as an internal consultant and trainer to support business units, convey knowledge clearly, and actively help shape the digital transformationUiPath Orchestrator expertise, development following best practices (e.g., REFramework), Git experience, and basic knowledge of IT infrastructures and deployment - banking/financial sector experience is a plusAudit compliance: Experience with documentation and security requirements in a regulated environment (ideally in the banking or financial sector) is a plusOur valuesWe live our values and expect the same attitude from our employees.
