As the Solution Workflow Simulation Team Lead, you guide a distributed team responsible for modeling lab workflows, optimizing throughput, and building digital twins to support automation integration. You lead performance-driven work, nurture talent, and ensure compliant execution across sites. You help shape a modern simulation platform and emulation tools that enable informed architectural and Ru0026amp;D decisions.
This role combines people leadership with hands-on modeling to advance Roche's lab automation mission.

- Translate strategic goals into actionable team priorities and roadmaps for simulation tools and digital twins

- Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Support cross-functional collaboration with Ru0026D, architecture, and commercial sites
Responsabilidades
- 7+ years in technical engineering, ideally in IVD, medical devices, or complex automation systems
- Strong hands-on experience with DES, System Dynamics, Agent-Based Modeling, xugodme or digital twin/emulation software development
- Advanced knowledge of mathematical modeling and optimization techniques
- 5+ years of leadership experience with evidence of building and coaching high-performing teams
- Proven stakeholder and vendor management abilities across cross-functional and external partners
- Fluent English (written and spoken); Spanish or German is a strong advantage
