Working closely with the kitchen leadership team, the Cook will support daily kitchen operations while maintaining Nikki Beach’s high culinary and presentation standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items according to Nikki Beach recipes, standards, and presentation guidelinesEnsure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of dishes during serviceMaintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations at all timesFollow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures in compliance with local regulationsAssist with food preparation, ingredient storage, and stock rotationSupport the kitchen team during busy service periods while maintaining a positive attitudeMonitor product freshness and report any shortages or quality concerns to supervisorsCollaborate with chefs and team members to ensure smooth kitchen operationsContribute to maintaining a professional and efficient working environmentAssist with receiving deliveries and organizing kitchen inventory when requiredWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience as a Cook or in a similar kitchen role within restaurants, hotels,
