Your TasksOwn the execution of quarterly and sprint-level delivery against a roadmap and priorities set by the Head of ProductLead all Agile ceremonies (planning, standups, retros, refinement)Break down epics and feature requests into well-defined tickets, owning prioritization of tasks and bugs within the scope given by the Head of ProductProactively report delays, risks, and blockers before they become problemsOwn product documentation end to end — always current,
always accurateOwn the release/versioning process — ensure every version change is fully and correctly documentedQuery the database and use data-model knowledge to validate bug reports, assess data-quality issues, and write tickets with full technical detailAct as the execution layer between product strategy and engineering deliveryYour Profile3+ years of experience in a Delivery Manager, Technical PM, or Scrum Master role with hands-on sprint execution ownershipProven track record leading Agile ceremonies and driving sprints to on-time deliveryStrong Jira proficiency — ticket writing, epic breakdown, sprint trackingBasic technical fluency: comfortable writing SQL queries and reading a data model to investigate bugs or data-quality issuesExperience owning technical documentation and/or release management processesStrong written communication — able to translate technical detail into clear tickets and clear delay/risk reportingStrong English communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, international environmentComfortable operating within priorities set by someone else, while owning full accountability for execution(Nice to have) Experience in cybersecurity, security tooling, or technical/infrastructure products(Nice to have) Experience with versioned software release cycles (semantic versioning, changelogs)(Nice to have) Familiarity with Neo4j or graph databasesWe look forward to receiving your application.Carla Bastida Perez · Reference no. 48293 Stiftsbergstraße 1 · 74172 Neckarsulm, Germany
