Corcoran Micasamo is opening 10 offices between Dénia and Almería over the next few years. We are looking for the people who will run them, and for the agents who will make them worth running.

There are three ways in

1. Come as a broker. You bring your track record and your network. We put the Corcoran Micasamo brand, the marketing, the offices, and the leads behind you, and we promote you by name, not just the logo.

2. Come as an Associate Director. For brokers who have already outgrown the desk and want a territory, a team, and long-term value in the business rather than another year of working deal to deal.

3. Bring your office with you. If you own an agency between Dénia and Almería, you can keep what you have built and put a general brand over the door. We have done this before, and the conversation is confidential.

What we ask

Win and list your own properties. Self-generate through your own networking, social media, and relationships. Run consultations and viewings built around what the client actually wants, negotiate properly, and close with confidence. Work the leads we send you as if you had generated them yourself.

Who this is for

- Experienced agents with a proven record in Spanish property. Established professionals, not beginners.
- Strong negotiators who understand the transaction, and the legal and financial process behind it.
- Fluent English. Spanish, Dutch, Polish, French, or Flemish alongside it will put you in front of more buyers.
- Car and driving licence.
- Knowledge of your stretch of coast, anywhere from the northern Costa Blanca to Costa Almería.

The money, and the rest of it

Earnings are uncapped and performance based. Our top associates earn over EUR 250,000 a year. The administration, the after-sale care, and the marketing sit with us, so your hours go into selling.

We also have a small number of trainee places for people starting out.

Commission is tiered based on Gross Commission Income, and are tailored to match industry experience. xqziphu
