Operations

Director , the Technology Manager will be responsible for leading the manufacturing technology strategy and its implementation across the company's production facilities. Maintenance and Engineering teams , with a strong focus on equipment reliability, continuous process improvement, automation and the successful execution of industrial projects. A key part of the position will be improving production efficiency, equipment performance and digital integration across punching, bending, forming and assembly processes .

We are looking for an experienced industrial professional who combines manufacturing technology roadmap , aligned with business and operational objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across punching, bending, forming and assembly processes. manufacturing technologies and automation solutions . Oversee industrial engineering activities, including process optimization, cycle-time reduction and CAPEX projects related to new equipment, machinery upgrades, automation and digital manufacturing tools.





Industry 4.0 initiatives , including data collection, traceability, MES integration and predictive maintenance. Collaborate closely with Production, Quality and New Project Development teams. Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.

Coordinate with external suppliers, integrators and technology partners. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering 3 years of experience in a managerial or technology leadership role within an industrial manufacturing environment. metal manufacturing processes , such as punching, bending, forming, machining and/or assembly. industrial projects and CAPEX investments . Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or Kaizen .

CNC machinery, automation systems and industrial production equipment .

Experience with ERP/MES systems and manufacturing data analysis. Industry 4.0 and smart factory concepts . Solid project management skills. Professional working proficiency in English , both written and spoken, is required.
