papernest in Barcelona is offering an internship in Customer Experience Analytics. You will build dashboards using SQL/Tableau to monitor key CX metrics such as NPS and CSAT, and work across teams to identify friction points in the customer journey.
You will be mentored by the Head of Customer Care, gain hands-on experience with operational strategies, and contribute to international projects while learning in a fast-paced environment. Remote work is available 1 day per week.
