YOLO Tours Mallorca® is a boutique company specializing in private tours and authentic experiences across Mallorca, and we are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Tour Guide to join our growing team.

Our guests are mainly international travelers looking for a personal and high-quality way to discover the island — from the beautiful villages of the Serra de Tramuntana to local wineries, traditional producers, hidden corners and some of Mallorca’s most spectacular landscapes.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Fluent English – essential, as most of our guests are English-speaking
- Good knowledge of Mallorca, its culture, villages and traditions
- Friendly, outgoing and confident with international guests
- Professional, punctual and reliable
- Passionate about tourism and creating memorable experiences
- Comfortable guiding small private groups
- A valid driving licence (preferred but not essential)
- Additional languages are a plus

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a adaptable, on-call position based on our tour bookings.





Tours and experiences normally last around 6 hours and may take place on any day of the week, including weekends.

We are therefore looking for someone with flexible availability who can collaborate with us when new tour requests are confirmed.

You’ll be working with small private groups rather than large bus tours, so we are looking for someone who enjoys creating a personal, relaxed and engaging experience for every guest.
