We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join the operations team of one of our clients, a well-established airline based in Madrid.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all training activities are correctly planned, coordinated, documented and traceable.RESPONSIBILITIESPlanning: Schedule and coordinate crew training courses and simulator sessions, managing changes and rescheduling as required.Crew Management: Track the training status of each crew member, monitor course validations, type ratings and certificates, and follow up on pending training requirements.Simulators &

- Providers: Book and coordinate simulator slots, liaise with simulator centres, control contracted and used hours, and manage any incidents or disruptions.Documentation &
- Records: Maintain training records, archive certificates and evaluations,



and ensure all course documentation is complete and up to date.Administration &
- Costs: Process invoices, control training costs and monitor budgets.Audits &
- Compliance: Prepare documentation for audits, maintain records and evidence, support Compliance Monitoring activities and ensure regulatory requirements are met.Internal Coordination: Coordinate with instructors, examiners and operations teams, and maintain effective communication with crew members.REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience in a similar role is valued.Background or studies related to the aviation sector is a plus.Strong organisational and communication skills.Ability to work in a dynamic and regulated environment.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.CONDITIONSLocation: Coslada, Madrid.Salary according to experience. xugodme Benefits: Restaurant voucher card and transport allowance.
