You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and bring custom optimization solutions into production.What we’re looking for :• Degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, with 4+ years of experience in optimization roles.• Strong experience with metaheuristic techniques (Genetic Algorithms, PSO, SA) and linear optimization/solvers (Gurobi, CPLEX, PuLP, Pyomo, OR-Tools, DEAP,
