This is a part/full-time, on-site, job position at Apart Easy. Apart Easy is a Barcelona-based vacation rental management company. We're looking for a proactive, organized, and guest-focused person to join our team as a Guest Relations Specialist, ensuring our guests have a smooth, memorable stay while keeping our properties running seamlessly.

Responsibilities

Manage guest reservations across booking platforms (Airbnb, , etc.). Provide guest support before, during, and after their stay (via chat, email, and phone). Coordinate check-in and check-out processes, including remote/self check-in tools. Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Schedule and oversee cleaning and maintenance teams between stays. Maintain accurate records of bookings, incidents, and property status.



Collaborate with the operations team to improve guest satisfaction and review scores.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using digital tools/software (PMS, channel managers, messaging apps) Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure. Flexibility to work 1 in every 3 weekends (typical in hospitality) Valid work permit in Spain.

Nice to have
