Your key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining green spaces, landscaping, and all outdoor areas
- Cleaning, servicing, and monitoring our pool and its technical systems
- Carrying out general craft repairs and technical building maintenance
- Coordinating, scheduling, and supervising external service providers and craft businesses
- Managing and caring for our company vehicle fleet
- Handling minor assembly, setup, and transport tasks across our sites
- Monitoring safety,
order, cleanliness, and maintenance intervals across our facilities
- Supporting renovations, conversions, and local infrastructure projects
What you bring to the role:

- A completed vocational craft training or comparable practical work experience
- Strong manual dexterity, technical understanding, and a hands-on mindset
- A structured, independent, and reliable approach to daily tasks
- Friendly and professional communication with colleagues and external partners

- Good German language skills, along with Spanish language proficiency
