Fundació / Fundación is looking for an Educational Support Assistant (Personal auxiliar tècnic educatiu) to join their team in Santa Margalida, Mallorca. In this role, you will provide socio-educational support to unaccompanied foreign minor adolescents residing in a supervised residential facility, helping them build a safe, structured, and positive environment on the island.

- Assist in executing both general center programs and individualized development plans under educator supervision.

- Observe daily routines and record any shift incidents accurately through established channels.

- Provide essential daily care and actively look after the physical and emotional well-being and integration of the youth.

- Prepare and complete required administrative documents, participating in specific projects tailored to the needs of the minors.

- Accompany youth on appointments, transfers, walks, excursions, and organized leisure activities.





To qualify for this position, you need to bring the following background and skills:

- An official Higher Vocational Training qualification (CFGS) in Sociocultural and Community Services (Serveis Socioculturals i a la Comunitat).

- A valid Class B driving licence.

- Responsibility, empathy, and strong communication skills for working with adolescents.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary socio-educational team.

What is offered with this position in Santa Margalida:

- A full-time temporary contract starting on August 31, 2026, covering pregnancy and subsequent maternity leave, with an expected minimum duration of 8 months and renewal options. xhfqzwm

- An annual gross salary of €22,673.24.

- Additional monthly allowances including €155.58 for daytime work and €94.23 insularity bonus.

- A defined schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 15:00 to 22:00;
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 14:30 to 22:00;
plus team meetings every other Thursday from 09:00 to 12:00.
