In this role you will manage compensation and benefits data and processes for Liberty Specialty Markets’ UK and international populations. You will work closely with HR, Payroll and the Reward team to ensure accurate data, market benchmarking, and compliant benefit administration. You will support annual pay reviews and ongoing benefits management across EMEA, translating complex information into clear communications. This position offers a hands-on, analytical role with impact on colleague experience and regulatory compliance.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide first-line support for compensation and benefits inquiries from employees
• Maintain data integrity in HR systems for job libraries and compensation structures
• Collaborate with HRBP, Operations, Payroll, and Reward to manage compensation and benefits initiatives
• Provide analytical and reporting support for HR and Reward projects
• Administer compensation packages, promotions, and ad-hoc pay increases within established frameworks




• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking for competitive, equitable packages
• Support annual pay review processes, merit increases, and incentives
• Manage data and administrative tasks for benefits management and renewals across EMEA
• Develop engaging communications to promote benefits and support employer branding
• Process benefit invoices and reconcile with budgets
• Liaise with brokers and providers across EMEA to ensure effective benefits management
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and conduct risk policies in line with Liberty Values xqbhyrx
Responsabilidades
• Experience in HR, Compensation, or Benefits administration
• Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), with familiarity in Power BI and Power Query
• Clear, persuasive communication across management levels
• Experience with employee communications and benefits promotion
• Fluent in English and another European language
