In this role you implement payroll solutions for clients, handling data migration, integrations, and reporting while aligning with client needs. You work closely with cross-functional teams to tailor ERP integrations and ensure data accuracy through thorough testing. The position blends technical delivery with client collaboration in a multi-location, growth-oriented environment. This role offers hands-on impact, continuous learning, and opportunities to shape payroll-related solutions at scale.

• Support payroll solution deployments for clients including data migration, integrations with other systems, and reporting
• Collaborate with clients to elicit requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Configure and customize existing integration models with internal systems
• Conduct comprehensive testing to verify solution functionality and data accuracy
• Work across multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality




• Participate in web component development and API-related work as part of the solution
• Support time and attendance and HCM-related payroll applications as applicable
Responsabilidades
• Technical academic background in DAW, DAM, ASIR, or computer engineering/software engineering
• ≥3 years of experience in similar roles
• Backend programming with Node.js
• Relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL)
• REST API development and web services (JSON)
• Cloud platforms knowledge (Azure or AWS) a xqbhyrx plus
• Experience configuring and customizing ERP solutions
• Strong multi-project management and quality standards
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Knowledge of Integrho desirable
• Experience with payroll, time and attendance, or HCM systems a plus
