- Assisting individuals with essential mobility needs, transfers, and posture changes

- Providing hands‑on daily living support and personal care

- Accompanying individuals during routine outings and personal appointments

- Facilitating and supporting engaging leisure and recreation activities

- Ensuring user safety, dignity, and comfort across all daily routines

- Relevant vocational training qualification (FPGM / CP2 or FPGS / CP3) within the social, healthcare, or community service fields

- A valid driving licence and your own vehicle (car or motorcycle) to commute to the workplace in Marratxí

- A compassionate, responsible, and proactive attitude toward direct social and healthcare support

- Willingness and availability to work on rotating shift schedules

This position offers a temporary contract under the collective bargaining agreement for disability care (Convenio discapacidad - BOE). You work a 35-hour week on rotating shifts covering mornings, afternoons, and nights from Monday through Sunday, with two scheduled rest days per week. xqbhyrx The annual gross remuneration is 18,850 EUR for this 35-hour schedule, operating in a professional private healthcare setting on the island of Mallorca.
