In this role you will own the long-term strategy and execution for the game Features, aligning vision with delivery to drive sustainable growth. You will guide cross-functional partners to build engaging mechanics and core loops, from concept to post-launch optimization. You’ll lead monetization and feature launches at scale, leveraging data to identify opportunities and mitigate risk. This position offers the chance to shape Star Trek Fleet Command’s evolution within a fast-paced, global studio.

• Own the Features function’s business performance and KPI-driven growth decisions
• Manage the roadmap to meet KPI goals in collaboration with the Product team
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with game designers, UX designers and artists to realize the product vision
• Formulate product strategy and create engaging game mechanics and core loops
• Oversee development from concept to launch and post-launch optimization for best-in-class features
• Drive engagement and monetization for major feature releases and ensure high-impact launches




• Monitor product ecosystem health using data to identify opportunities and risks
• Implement process improvements to support feature development
• Build and mentor a high-performing PM team and cultivate a culture of ownership
• Document experiments, retrospectives, and playbooks for continuous learning
• Leverage player feedback and market research to inform roadmap and design
• Lead quantitative analyses to derive insights on performance and monetization
• Develop the team of Product Managers and scale capabilities
Responsabilidades
• Previous xqbhyrx work experience with free-to-play games
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability with attention to detail
• Understanding of game design concepts and principles
• Experience hitting revenue/metric targets on a live game
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for figuring out how game economies work
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An MBA or a Degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Finance is a plus
