As Procurement Manager for Site u0026amp; Maintenance Services, you will lead regional sourcing and supplier contracts to deliver cost-efficient value within the STEP category. You’ll shape regional strategies, manage CAPEX procurement for projects, and drive measurable savings while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your work supports Clariant’s sustainability and responsible business goals in a general, structured supply chain. This role offers international exposure and a visible impact on key cost and supplier performance metrics.

• Develop and execute regional sourcing strategies for site u0026 maintenance services
• Negotiate and finalize contracts for regional services
• Oversee CAPEX procurement activities ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery
• Generate savings and value through strategic procurement initiatives
• Utilize SAP, SLM, Pinpools, QNS, contracts, EcoVadis in daily procurement work
• Conduct market research to source new suppliers and alternative concepts
• Monitor market developments and maintain supplier relationships for performance and compliance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive cross-functional alignment and category strategy development
• Ensure compliance with Clariant’s procurement standards, policies, and ethics
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Business, Operations, Procurement, or Engineering/Technical field with commercial background
• 2+ years in procurement or supply chain function
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating supply and service contracts
• SAP procurement module proficiency
• MS xqbhyrx Office proficiency
• Fluency in English; German a plus
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder influencing skills
• High integrity, compliance awareness, and ethical conduct
• Team-oriented and cross-functional collaboration across countries
