In this role you will bridge customer JIT and Trim production, driving quality improvements across JIT and Trim plants. You will verify actions, coordinate sorting activities, and support engineers with knowledge and feedback loops. You will manage firewall setup and audits, and contribute to KPI tracking on customer satisfaction and quality performance. This position offers the chance to influence cross-site quality processes for OEMs and Tier 1 partners, shaping how we meet exacting automotive standards. You will travel extensively to support field actions and continuous improvement.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Interface between customer JIT and Trim production plant
• Lead JIT onside problem analyses and feedback to Trim plant
• Verify improvement actions at JIT plants
• Coordinate sorting activities at JIT plants
• Support local Trim resident engineers with technical knowledge and feedback loops
• Set up boundary book between OEM, JIT and Trim plant
• Monitor KPIs: customer satisfaction JIT, IRPPM, ICPPM, Firewall headcount JIT
• Conduct Firewall audits at JIT and follow up on action xqbhyrx plans
• Perform Inspector Gauge Ru0026R evaluation and training
Responsabilidades
• Technical education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualification)
• Proven experience in quality management within automotive industry
• Experience in customer quality management and direct communication with OEMs and Tier 1 customers
