In this role, you own and grow grocery categories end-to-end within Glovo’s darkstore model. You define assortment, pricing, and in-app visibility to boost value and growth, collaborating across teams to ensure availability and a stellar customer experience. You will shape the supplier ecosystem, lead promotion funding, and drive analytics-driven decisions that scale the business. This position offers a fast-paced, high-impact environment with mentorship opportunities and cross-functional exposure.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own category strategy across assortment, pricing, and in-app placement to drive AOV, gross margin, and penetration
• Develop best-in-class darkstore assortment, identify opportunities, manage lifecycle, and act on underperforming products
• Lead supplier relationships: negotiate yearly contracts, improve terms,



and secure campaign funding
• Collaborate with Brand Ads to plan and execute in-store campaigns
• Work cross-functionally with Operations and Demand Planning to ensure availability and positive customer experience
• Oversee UX and pricing for your categories
• Mentor junior team members or interns
Responsabilidades
• 4+ years as category manager or category buyer xqbhyrx in FMCG/e-commerce
• Strong negotiation skills; experience closing supplier contracts and ad-hoc negotiations
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate into action
• Strong prioritization and time management for high-impact initiatives
• Willingness to roll up sleeves in a fast-paced startup environment
• Native-level Spanish and fluency in English
