In this role, you will lead complex Java-based development within the Customer eXperience team to deliver scalable, high-quality software. You will guide peers, shape architecture, and drive technical improvements that impact travellers using Prime and related platforms. The position combines hands-on engineering with mentoring and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid Madrid/Barcelona setting. You’ll work on maintainable systems, testability, and timely delivery, while continuously expanding your skills and contributing to a data-driven, innovative travel ecosystem.

Responsabilidades
• Deep understanding of OOP, functional programming, concurrency, data structures, design and architecture patterns
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle including production deployments, testing (unit/integration), and Cloud/CI/CD environments
• Strong data-driven analytics, design pattern skills, and creative problem solving
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment abilities
• Ability to visually represent xqbhyrx solutions with standard diagrams for diverse audiences
• Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines in uncertain contexts
• Fluent English in a multicultural environment
