In this quota-carrying role, you drive growth in the CER region through partner-led pipeline, upsell, and cross-sell in SMB and Mid-Market segments. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage channel transactions and execute region-specific strategies. You’ll engage in direct sales activities and help shape campaigns with partners. This is a hands-on, collaborative role that blends channel management with field selling in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Partner-led campaign development for pipeline generation

Responsabilidades
• 2-3 years of relevant BDR/SDR experience
• 1-3 years of sales quota carrying experience in a B2B environment
• Fluent English and German
• Proven track record in software sales
• Desirable: familiarity with product development xqbhyrx and discrete manufacturing industry
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Excellent sales presentation and communication skills
