As an HR Generalist in Madrid, you will deliver proactive HR support to employees and managers, aligning people initiatives with business goals. You will partner with leaders on workforce planning, onboarding, and performance management, while driving change initiatives. You’ll nurture an inclusive, engaging work environment and ensure policy compliance across local labor laws. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role shaping how HR supports growth and a diverse team at Monks.

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years of HR experience in advisory or support roles
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels
• Proficiency in HR systems (Workday) and strong administrative skills
• Fluent in Spanish and English
