In this role you will drive the transition from legacy data and reporting to a strategic data platform, translating business priorities into scalable data products. You will work across business, tech, analytics, and projects to balance transformation with operational stability, delivering reusable data products for reporting, analytics, and AI. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align platform modernization with business outcomes and governance. This is a hands-on leadership role shaping the future of data-enabled decision making.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Data Platform Transition: enable data products and platform capabilities to support the move from legacy solutions to the strategic data platform; prioritize and execute transformation initiatives; manage dependencies and risks; ensure continuity of critical services.
• Data Product Delegate Owner: define/priority roadmaps and delivery plans; translate requirements into product outcomes; ensure value through testing, documentation, governance; balance short-term needs with long-term strategy.
• Business Partnership and Demand Management: interface with stakeholders to shape demand into use cases and product requirements; communicate impacts and delivery options; align investments with outcomes.
• Platform, Data and Technical Alignment: collaborate with engineering/architecture to deliver scalable, trusted data products; support modernization, migration, integration,



and data transformation; enable AI and data marketplace services; align with governance and data management standards.
• Operational Excellence and Adoption: ensure reliable data products and services; drive continuous improvement and governance; lead change management and adoption to maximize value.
• Leadership and Influence: influence cross-functional teams and external partners; build stakeholder relationships; support vendor and budget governance; foster innovation and data-driven decision making.
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Significant experience in data product management, product ownership, digital product leadership, data management or related roles.
• Proven ability to define strategy and deliver data or digital products with measurable value.
• Strong experience in cross-functional, agile, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to translate business priorities into product requirements, roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in complex organisations.
• Solid understanding of data engineering and management concepts (ETL/ELT, data modelling, governance, metadata, BI).
• Experience balancing business needs, technical feasibility, operational stability, and value delivery in prioritisation.
• Strong communication skills to simplify complexity and drive execution.

• Experience with ontology standards and pharmaceutical/Ru0026D or project management environments.
