In this role you lead the global digital marketing execution across paid/organic search, content, programmatic media, CRM, audio, CTV and emerging channels. You manage seven channel specialists across Americas, Europe and APAC to ensure the Global Operating Model is applied locally. You translate strategy into channel plans, drive a test-and-learn framework, and promote cross-market consistency with stakeholders across regions. You contribute to global growth through digital transformation and innovation.

• Translate global strategy into channel-level plans for all markets
• Implement a continuous test-and-learn framework to improve performance
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews by channel and region with strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with Regional Digital Marketing Managers, creative, analytics, and product teams to align execution
Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience
• leadership experience xqbhyrx overseeing multi-country teams
• proven success in performance-driven acquisition and retention across digital channels
• experience managing 5–8 direct reports
• strong expertise in digital media, analytics, attribution, and optimization
• excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams
• ability to manage across multiple time zones and geographically distributed teams
