Salary: €1,635.33 gross/month

Contract: Fixed-term contract (3 months)

Would you like to join an international fashion and footwear brand in a dynamic customer service environment? At Foundever®, we are looking for a native or bilingual Portuguese speaker with an advanced level of English to join our Madrid team as a Customer Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

-

- Support customers via phone, chat, and email

- Handle inquiries related to orders, deliveries, invoices, and claims

- Deliver an excellent customer experience

- Perform administrative and back-office customer support tasks

What We Are Looking For:

- Native or bilingual Portuguese





- Advanced English level (minimum C1)

- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is valued

- Legal eligibility to work in Spain

Training

- Paid training included in the contract

- Duration: 5 days

- Schedule: 09:00 – 18:00
