In this role you drive commercial and cost management for regional datacenter construction projects, partnering with design, construction, finance, and controls to keep scope, budget, and timelines aligned. You will oversee contracts, procurement, and change management, while guiding cost governance and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role within EPC, enabling Microsoft’s cloud scale in the Zaragoza region. You relocate or reside nearby and work in person to accelerate delivery and collaboration.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead commercial and cost management across the full project lifecycle with cross-functional partners
• Develop and manage project cost plans, estimates, budgets, and forecasts with scenario analysis
• Oversee contract and financial administration including pricing, payments, invoices, and final settlements
• Manage change control and commercial risk, evaluating change orders and disputes




• Provide commercial oversight of procurement activities and subcontractor/vendor strategies
• Lead external cost management partners and consultants, ensuring quality and performance
• Drive governance, cost controls, value engineering, and regional best practices across projects
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity surveying, Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field OR xqbhyrx equivalent experience
• Leadership experience in Construction Projects
• Experience delivering cost management on datacentre construction projects
• Experience in construction-phase commercial delivery including contractor procurement, change management, and cost review
• Experience with projects with build values u003e $500M
• Understanding of the full construction lifecycle
