As an HR Ops Program Manager in the General People Experience team, you drive operational excellence by blending Agile methods and AI into the employee lifecycle. You translate SOX and regulatory demands into scalable, efficient HR experiences and lead global, cross-functional initiatives. You design and launch an enterprise HR virtual assistant powered by Atlassian Rovo with Jira Service Management, shaping how teams interact with HR. • Apply Agile project management to HR initiatives, including AI-driven transformations
• Analyze TA and HR Ops dashboards to generate leadership insights
• Mentor teammates on content for employee-facing and internal knowledge bases
• Support HRIS UAT across upgrades, interfaces, integrations, and data conversions




• Document process changes and maintain working instructions
• Provide administrative coverage across the employee and contractor lifecycle
• Collaborate with Payroll/FPu0026A, Legal, Security and IT to maintain business continuity
• Manage content for HR Intranet sites and answer HR questions escalated by staff
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of HR experience
• At least 3 years in a generalist or program manager role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in HR, Business Administration, or IT
• Experience with AI or technical xqbhyrx transformations is desirable
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Workday, Jira, and ATS applications like Greenhouse
• Spanish language skills are a plus
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
