In this role you will contribute to ground engineering and tunneling projects as part of a multinational team, applying geotechnical expertise to mid- to large-scale infrastructure. You will support subsurface investigations, engineering analyses, and design deliverables that meet client requirements. The position offers growth through hands-on project work, mentorship, and collaboration across international offices. You will help deliver complex projects that enable safer, more efficient transportation and infrastructure. This is a chance to develop your technical leadership on challenging underground programs.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support subsurface investigations: planning, data interpretation, and geotechnical design recommendations
• Perform ground engineering design tasks: bearing capacity, settlement, earthworks, stability analyses, tunnelling input
• Undertake engineering calculations and draft reports with senior review
• Contribute to value engineering and evaluate alternative design solutions
• Participate in quality control reviews of calculations, drawings, and documentation
• Support project milestones, budgets,



and programme requirements
Responsabilidades
• 2–5 years of experience in ground and tunneling engineering designs for transportation and water projects
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus
• Experience planning and managing subsurface investigations and processing geotechnical data
• Knowledge of foundation design (shallow and deep), slope stability, seepage analysis, retaining walls, settlement analyses, ground improvement techniques
• Experience in rock mechanics and rock slopes design
• Proficiency with ground engineering and tunneling xqbhyrx software (Geoestudio, Plaxis 2D/3D, Rocscience, Ensoft); knowledge of Openground and Leapfrog is favorable
• Ability to collaborate across international and multicultural teams and adapt to international regulations and standards
• Exposure to soft soils, ground improvement, and PVD/surcharging would be valuable
