In this Senior Technical Business Analyst role, you translate complex business, data, and regulatory needs into practical, value-driven solutions for Investment Risk. You collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure governance and deliverable quality. You own integration analysis and guide teams from requirements to implementation, shaping scalable, data-aware solutions. You join a collaborative, international tech function focused on reliable risk analytics and efficient delivery with a culture of learning and improvement. This position offers meaningful impact in a general asset-management context and a hybrid working model.

• Lead analysis of complex business, data, and regulatory requirements for Investment Risk
• Create high-quality analysis artifacts: user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, decision records
• Translate business outcomes into executable technical specifications across data, integration, workflow, and reporting layers
• Own integration analysis and validation (APIs, batch interfaces, XML, JSON)
• Identify process simplifications, controls, and improvements for stability and scalability




• Support deployments, go-lives, and post-go-live issue analysis and coordination
• Model a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture within the team and uphold standards
Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in technical business analysis, product analysis, project delivery, or consulting
• Strong understanding of portfolio management, assets, investment processes, and risk concepts; knowledge of risk measures or reporting beneficial
• Ability to structure ambiguity and connect business processes with data and system design
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for senior stakeholders xqbhyrx and delivery teams
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration in international environments
• Hands-on data analysis with SQL; Snowflake experience is a plus
• Experience designing and supporting API and batch integrations using XML and JSON
• Knowledge of Agile, SDLC governance, testing, and documentation in regulated tech environments
• High ownership, curiosity, and drive; ability to mentor others
• English fluent; German a plus
