In this role you will lead Health Care Compliance for the Spanish markets within Johnson u0026amp; Johnson MedTech, aligning local practices with general standards. You work closely with country and regional leaders to embed ethical conduct, manage compliance risks, and support regulatory interactions. You will shape and implement risk-based compliance programs that safeguard the company’s reputation while enabling sustainable growth. You are a bridge between Legal, business, and Compliance teams, driving proactive risk assessment and continuous improvement.

• Serve as the primary Health Care Compliance Officer for the markets
• Lead development and execution of Health Care Compliance strategies aligned with global and regional priorities
• Identify, assess, and manage compliance risks related to commercial, promotional, professional education, and other activities
• Provide proactive guidance to business leaders on Health Care Compliance requirements and ethical decision‑making
• Partner with stakeholders to embed compliance controls into business processes
• Oversee compliance programs, training, monitoring,



and issue management in the markets
• Partner with Legal and other functions to support investigations, audits, and regulatory interactions
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends to address emerging compliance risks
• Prepare and present compliance risk assessments, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
• Foster a strong culture of integrity and accountability
Responsabilidades
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Health Care Compliance, legal, risk management, audit, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of global, regional xqbhyrx and market-specific Health Care Compliance regulations and industry codes
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams or leading complex compliance programs
• Proven ability to partner effectively with senior business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical, judgment, decision making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
