As Senior GL Accountant in Barcelona, you own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process and lead revenue documentation. You act as the core accounting expert, partnering with FinOps and Financial Systems to harmonize processes and produce Revenue Recognition and Revenue Assurance documentation. You will build flowcharts, support audits, and collaborate with IT to shape the adecuado finance systems. You’ll work with local, regional, and HQ teams to improve processes and contribute to Glovo’s financial success. This role offers hands-on ownership and impact across the O2C lifecycle.

• Own end-to-end OTC and PtP processes from an accounting perspective
• Collaborate with FinOps to ensure process accuracy and alignment
• Map and review process flows to identify gaps and harmonize globally
• Document O2C processes with detailed flowcharts for internal reference
• Support annual financial audits related to OTC and cycles
• Assist Financial Systems with OTC process mapping and ERP design
• Prepare and document Revenue Recognition processes per standards
• Prepare and execute Revenue Assurance documentation
• Support month-end closing with accurate financial statements
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of accounting or audit experience in multinational companies with focus on O2C/Revenue cycle
• Hands-on experience in documenting financial processes, flowcharts, and controls
• Strong knowledge of IFRS (IFRS 15) and Revenue Recognition
• Experience collaborating with FinOps, IT, or Financial Systems xqbhyrx teams
• Fluent English, strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with SAP S4/HANA or similar tier-1 ERP; ERP migration or mapping is a plus
• Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, proactive about process improvement
