As Principal Software Engineering Lead, you will guide the technical direction of the Clinical Trial Site and Investigator products within Unified Trial Solution while hands-on coding and reviewing. You will shape architecture, oversee multiple squads, and drive AI-native development practices to scale healthcare software. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to translate clinical needs into robust platforms, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. This role offers meaningful impact at the intersection of AI, health tech, and clinical research.

• Review PRs, provide code-level feedback, and uphold engineering quality
• Own architectural decisions across APIs, data models, services, and infrastructure
• Write production-ready code for core platform components
• Mentor engineers and coach for technical growth
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and best practices
• Set and maintain standards for testing, CI/CD, observability, and deployment




• Integrate AI tools into daily development workflows and evaluate AI capabilities
• Ensure AI-generated code meets quality standards and stays current with AI advancements
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-squad engineering organization
• Conduct technical interviews and assess candidates
• Foster psychological safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with product, design, clinical operations, and other stakeholders
• Translate clinical and business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Provide technical input on prioritization, risk, xqbhyrx and maintainability
• Influence product direction through data, experimentation, and engineering expertise
• Drive predictable, high-quality delivery against quarterly objectives
• Promote architectural consistency and platform reuse across Unified Trial Solution
Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems
• 3+ years leading engineering teams while staying hands-on
