In this role you drive the realisation of value after product releases, turning new features into user adoption and measurable impact for existing customers. You will own adoption outcomes for Tier 1 launches and automate release communications, partnering with Product, Engineering, Onboarding, and Care. You act as the senior voice for product adoption and launches within the Product org, shaping messaging, activation experiences, and enablement across teams. This is an AI-first, highly automated role focused on scalable, data-driven growth.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own adoption outcomes for Tier 1 launches, setting targets for feature adoption rate, care contact rate per release, and enablement coverage
• Automate release communications and activation using pipelines with n8n, Claude, and agent workflows
• Coordinate readiness, enablement, in-app guidance, and edge-case coverage with Product, Engineering, Onboarding, and Care
• Translate complex features into concise language for busy hotelier users after reading specs
• Prototype fixes to reduce launch friction, including onboarding flows,



in-app guides, and automated communications
• Create concise Launch Briefs for Sales, Care, Onboarding, Account Management, and Marketing outlining shipping details, significance, and watch-for metrics
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS
• Background in SaaS, preferably hospitality tech
• Proven ownership of growth metrics (NRR, upsell, churn, product adoption)
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in HubSpot, Looker, and Amplitude
• Excellent written and verbal xqbhyrx communication; clear, compelling messaging
• Highly collaborative with strong project management and cross-team collaboration
• Nice-to-have: experience with product analytics languages such as SQL
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese) advantageous
