In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-country e-invoicing and tax compliance deployments for enterprise clients across EMEA. You will act as the primary delivery partner, shaping scope, timelines and risk while building strong stakeholder relationships from kickoff to go-live and Hypercare. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, within-SOW delivery and high client satisfaction. This position combines strategic governance with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, regulatory-tech environment. You will help Sovos scale its PS delivery and contribute to a trusted, global tax compliance platform.

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise e-invoicing and tax compliance implementations across multiple EMEA countries
• Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders through the engagement lifecycle
• Develop and maintain project plans, risks, issues, and status reports; surface risks early and drive resolution
• Lead governance activities (status meetings, steering committees, go/no-go) aligned with delivery methodology
• Manage project scope and drive change orders when needed
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to meet project commitments
• Track hours and manage retainer burn-down, expanding retainer as appropriate




• Maintain project data and status in Cloud Coach and Sovos tooling in real time
• Manage Hypercare post-go-live and handover to Customer Support
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and governance
• Provide product feedback on implementation patterns and improvement opportunities
Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of project management experience, including 4+ years delivering enterprise SaaS implementations
• Experience with tax compliance, e-invoicing, VAT, or regulatory tech
• Proven track record delivering multi-country projects for enterprise clients
• Experience with SAP-integrated implementations (ECC, S/4HANA, or Process Orchestration) preferred
• xqbhyrx Experience with retainer-based PS engagements and change-control governance
• Familiarity with EMEA e-invoicing mandates (France, Germany, Poland, Turkey) a significant advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen
• Proactive risk management and clear, adaptable communication
• Proficiency with project management tools (Cloud Coach, Salesforce, Jira or equivalent)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
