About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced ERP Functional Analyst with proven hands-on expertise within the sales domain to support ERP implementation and rollout projects across Europe. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to optimize sales processes, translate business requirements into functional solutions, and drive continuous improvement within the Sales domain.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport EU ERP Rollout: Support ERP project promotion and deployment across European sites, master business knowledge and system functions in at least one business domain, and coordinate with business project managers to oversee project implementationERP Continuous Improvement: Be responsible for ERP system operation and maintenance after project go-live, and drive continuous improvement of business processes and system functionsBusiness Requirement Management: Analyze and optimize business processes; collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements; translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teamsSolution Delivery: Coordinate with Group IT development teams to implement solutions, and conduct testing to ensure solutions meet specified requirementsDocumentation Management: Create and maintain complete project documentation, including functional design documents, process flowcharts,
and user manualsUser Adoption Support: Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful application adoptionRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Science, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology or a related field3–5 years of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of ERP systems, database systems, and data analysisHands-on experience in ERP implementation and rollout projects, with a strong ability to translate business requirements into functional solutionsStrong understanding of sales-related processes; SD exposure especially valued.Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills combined with a deep understanding of both business operations and information technologyAnalytical, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environmentFluent in English and SpanishAvailability to travel occasionally within Europe (approximately 30%)Nice to HaveChinese language skills are highly desirable. Additional European languages, besides English and Spanish, will be considered a valuable assetExperience with CRM implementation, maintenance or supportStrong functional knowledge of ERP systems, with experience in SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or other leading ERP solutions.Knowledge of analytical tools such as SQL or Tableau is a plus
