We are looking to hire someone for the factory’s OT (Operational Technology) Department to provide IT support for production environments, serving as the point of contact and follow-up for all needs related to OT systems and hybrid OT/IT assets in production.

The successful candidate will work closely with the IT department to ensure that incidents are properly managed, that safeguards are kept up to date, and that the factory’s IT assets receive the necessary support throughout their entire lifecycle.

Requirements:

Level II Vocational Training in Computer Systems Administration (ASIR).
Experience in Windows system administration and support.
Knowledge of industrial hardware and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, switching, addressing, VLANs).
Experience installing and maintaining software.
Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures.
Ability to document and maintain technical inventories.
- The following will be considered a plus:
Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of OT (PLCs, HMIs, production equipment, test systems, etc.).
Knowledge of virtualization.
Experience with ticketing tools.
Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity.
Familiarity with ISO 27001, ENS, NIS2, and IEC-62443 requirements.

- Participate in initiatives related to business continuity, disaster recovery, and improving industrial cybersecurity.
- Manage technical relationships with manufacturers and suppliers as needed.
