AIRE Ancient Baths is a group of unique wellness spaces inspired by the tradition of ancient thermal baths, combining water, relaxation, and wellness experiences in beautiful spaces across different cities around the world.
We are looking for a Booking Agent to join our Contact Center team in Santa Cruz de Tenerife . Working from our offices and providing customer service and managing reservations for all AIRE centers internationally.
Your main responsibilities:
- Customer service via email, chat, and phone.
- Managing individual and group reservations.
- Resolving and following up on customer queries and issues.
Full training will be provided.
Who you are:
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
- Customer-oriented, with strong communication and commercial skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Versátil to work nights, weekends, and public holidays when required.
