Ic Resources is seeking an experienced High-Speed Systems Engineer to take technical ownership of a next-generation hardware platform and lead a high-performance engineering team. You will work across system level and detailed hardware, reviewing architectures, solving complex problems, and integrating PCIe, DDR5, NVMe with AMD/Xilinx FPGAs and NVIDIA GPUs.
You will mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions and push for robust, high-speed interconnects in a hands-on lab environment.
