Position Overview

Nikki Beach Hospitality Group is seeking a passionate and motivated Cook to join our culinary team in Mallorca. The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering exceptional food quality and memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment. Working closely with the kitchen leadership team, the Cook will support daily kitchen operations while maintaining Nikki Beach’s high culinary and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to Nikki Beach recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
- Ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of dishes during service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations at all times
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures in compliance with local regulations
- Assist with food preparation, ingredient storage, and stock rotation
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods while maintaining a positive attitude
- Monitor product freshness and report any shortages or quality concerns to supervisors
- Collaborate with chefs and team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Contribute to maintaining a professional and efficient working environment
- Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing kitchen inventory when required

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar kitchen role within restaurants,



hotels, or beach clubs
- Passion for hospitality, food, and delivering high-quality guest experiences
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- English language skills preferred; additional languages such as Spanish are a plus
