Equity Derivatives Flow Sales - Madrid

Our client, a leading player in the finance sector, is looking to add an Equity Derivatives Flow Sales professional to our client's team in Madrid. This permanent role focuses on covering clients in Spain or Italy at Analyst or Associate level, working across the whole range of equity derivative (EQD) products. With 2-6 years of experience in this space, you will play a key role in deepening client relationships and driving revenue growth for our client in the Iberian and Italian markets.

Key Skills and Experience

- Sales - Proven track record in selling financial products, with the ability to identify client needs, pitch suitable EQD solutions and close transactions effectively.
- Equity Derivatives (DERIVATIVES, Equity) - Solid understanding of equity derivative products and structures,



allowing you to discuss ideas confidently with institutional clients and support them with tailored solutions.
- Client Coverage (Spain or Italy) - Experience working with clients in these markets, demonstrating strong relationship management skills and cultural/market awareness.
- Flow Sales - Ability to manage day-to-day flow business across the whole EQD product range, ensuring efficient execution and ongoing service to clients.
- Madrid-based - Willingness to be based in Madrid, collaborating closely with our client's team and supporting local and regional coverage.
- Analyst/Associate Level (2-6 years) - Experience level that enables you to operate autonomously while still growing and developing within our client's platform.
