Itera Mobility Engineering is looking for a Program Manager to join our automotive engineering team in Spain.

About the role

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, executing, and completing specific client projects, ensuring that defined milestones, budget, and quality standards are met.

Main responsibilities

- Oversee all phases and progress of the project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Support the R&D; department involved in the development and implementation of the necessary measures.
- Facilitate effective communication among project teams, fostering collaboration and alignment of expectations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.




- Prepare project status reports and present updates to the client.
- Attend meetings called by the client.
- Provide support to the client’s project lead.

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in project management (multi-project planning and cost control) as a Program Manager.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- English proficiency is mandatory.
