Ukio is seeking a Property Management Coordinator to investigate and address maintenance issues in Ukio's properties, balancing landlord and company interests. You will own the process and coordinate with landlords, insurers, and external maintenance partners.
You will work autonomously in a startup environment, collaborating with legal, accounting, supply and guest experience teams, and you must be fluent in English and Spanish.
