You'll work with some of the largest and most complex organisations in the region, building relationships with senior decision-makers, understanding their business and transformation priorities, and identifying where technology can create meaningful commercial value.
This is not a traditional account management role. Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business, operational and technology stakeholders.
Lead complex, consultative sales engagements around enterprise software, industrial technology, data, AI and digital transformation.
Work closely with internal solution consultants, industry specialists, services and leadership teams to develop compelling customer solutions.




Proven success selling enterprise software into large, complex organisations.
Experience in industrial software, SaaS, digital transformation, engineering software, APM, EAM, IIoT or related technologies is highly desirable.
An established network across one or more Spanish industrial sectors - such as energy, manufacturing, chemicals, infrastructure, power & utilities or related asset-intensive industries.
Strong executive presence and the ability to build credibility with senior decision-makers.
A consultative, value-led approach to enterprise sales, combined with a genuine hunter mentality.
Demonstrable success delivering against ambitious sales targets and closing complex, multi-stakeholder software deals.
Fluent Spanish and English.
