? Freelance SAP Data Migration Consultant – Madrid | Hybrid?

We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant to join a large-scale international SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.

? Madrid – 2–3 days onsite per week

? Freelance | Long-term contract

?️ Spanish & English required

The Role – 50% Business / 50% IT & Programme Coordination

50% – Business / Data Migration Support

- Support business users during E2E, UAT, Mock, Cutover and Go-Live
- Coordinate data review and validation with Key Users
- Facilitate data quality sessions and identify migration issues
- Prepare migration status reporting for Iberia stakeholders

50% – IT / Programme Coordination

- Represent Iberia in the global Data Migration workstream
- Track readiness of master, transactional and financial data
- Coordinate with the SAP partner on Mocks, Cutover and Go-Live
- Identify, communicate and escalate migration risks and blockers




- Coordinate with IT teams and local application providers

Requirements

- 7+ years of SAP Data Migration experience
- Experience with large-scale multinational / multi-country SAP programmes
- Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation experience; RISE Private Edition is a plus
- Functional knowledge of F2S / Manufacturing & Supply Chain and/or O2C
- Experience coordinating multiple vendors, IT teams and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills
- Fluent Spanish and English

⭐ Important: This is a coordination and support role, not a hands-on data migration execution role. The SAP partner is responsible for the presente migration execution, mapping, validation and sign-off.
